The location was convenient for my event, and everything else was fine.

The room was clean and the breakfast included Japanese dishes; the hotel is close to the city centre. However, the front desk was unfriendly at checkout and the music from the neighbouring room was noisy.

I appreciated the welcome gift of fruit and biscuits, but the first room I received had a long‑unused shower with blocked holes, a too‑small curtain that let water spill out, a broken telephone, and all signs that the room hadn’t been used in a while; the staff moved me to a different room that was acceptable.
