The location is great and easy to reach once you find the right front door, the facilities are solid, and the shower is good. The room was comfortable. The floors were dusty and hadn’t been swept, and there was no equipment for us to clean them ourselves.

The spot is great, but the lack of soundproofing and inadequate windows let noise in, the bathroom fan didn’t work, and the sliding door in the bathroom never shut completely.

This place has charm, sits in the heart of Spaccanapoli yet in a quieter area, on the second floor with an elevator, clean, peaceful, and decor is lovely.

Everything was almost perfect: the place was spotless, the host Faby was consistently available, and the room was huge, beautiful, and very comfortable (we stayed in the 4‑room that looked like a suite, with a small kitchen, table, bed, bathroom with a shower, and a little living area). Even the room‑change service was available. The price was great for the area on Via dei Tribunali, right next to Sorbillo and just 5 minutes from Dante metro. I recommend it and will stay again. Thanks, Faby! I see no flaws.
