Clean, but the hotel shower had no hot water, forcing me to shower in freezing water, and the breakfast was very unhealthy.

The beds, pillows, and Dove products were amazing, though the air conditioner didn’t work well.

This hotel was a bit out of the way from the Santa Clara Convention Center, but not too far from restaurants I wanted; I liked that I could go straight from the parking garage to the rooms and skip the lobby, which was handy for late‑night meals. The only downside is that it’s hard to spot at first – a “blink and you miss it” spot on the street.

Breakfast was decent and the location was hard to find, but I was double billed by the Holiday Inn and the issue remains unresolved.
