Very friendly and helpful staff. The TV was broken, the panel lit all night – hardly slept. I complained the next day (no technician on the weekend) and pulled the plug (the plug behind the TV was tight against the wall). The breakfast room was far too small – had to search for free seats and wait until they opened. The self‑serve counter layout: one undersized coffee machine at the front of the breakfast lane and no second one in the room. Waiting time at least 10 minutes in line!

The only thing that worked for me was the location – even though we later found nicer hotels in the city center. Luckily we didn’t book breakfast – the room felt like a train station hall, loud and impersonal. I’d rather walk a bit and have breakfast at the market square – that’s my tip. At night it was very noisy because of the club next door – opening the windows wasn’t an option. The trains passing by were the next worst thing. The rooms are supposedly climate‑friendly, so they’re cleaned only every three days. If you want it done differently you have to generate a QR code – that’s a waste of time.
