I had confirmed an upgrade to a triple room before arrival, yet it wasn’t provided; I was offered an extra room but wanted to pay the full price for the second room, and I had confirmation of the request and the cost difference for the triple, but they wouldn’t honor the same price for the upgrade. The staff were unhelpful, and my trainers and shorts were lifted, folded, and thrown in a bin, but they later retrieved them from buckets. The rooms were dated, though only five minutes from the tube station, and the staff wouldn’t return.

The location was convenient near the metro, the price was economical for the area, and the room cleanliness was acceptable.

The location and convenience to local shops. The Internet was also very fast and efficient. Room 3, where I stayed, was to small and tight. Also, there was no cross ventilation
