Breakfast was great and the staff were friendly, and the room was very spacious. However, the balcony was inaccessible, the pool was in need of cleaning—cigarette butts littered the floor and hair floated in the water—and half of the gym equipment was broken.

One of the highlights was the breakfast: the food was very delicious, with a wide variety of choices catering to different tastes and preferences. The quality was excellent, everything well‑prepared and fresh. Nothing else to note.

I recently stayed at a hotel that offered a lovely room, but the breakfast was somewhat lacking in continental options. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the hotel's location required a car or taxi to get around. Although it's not far from the train station, it's still a bit of a trek to get to Jakarta's city center. The real issue, however, was the elevator during rush hours, which was a nightmare to use, with waits of up to 15-20 minutes at the 18th floor.
