It feels like a home stay, but cleaning isn’t scheduled properly; we have to ask every time to have the room cleaned. It feels more like a café‑style home stay than a hotel. Very close to attractions and Kao San Road. The only downside was that scheduled cleaning inside the rooms was missing.

After a long bus ride, we were able to check in early for a small fee, which let us make the most of our first day. The room was spot‑on for a short stay, with powerful air‑conditioning and a spacious bathroom that had a reliable shower. It’s a brief drive from most central attractions, and a few minutes’ walk brings you to restaurants and cafés. The price was solid for the location.

The place sits right in a neighborhood full of restaurants. We stayed in a clean, comfortable private room that was well maintained. There’s a small shared kitchen where you can cook, and coffee and tea are always available. The managers are lovely and very helpful. It’s a great spot to stay in Bangkok.
