“Cleanest Room In Over 30 visits To Blackpool”
The managers were amazing; Martin and his partner are lovely. They gave a really nice welcome, were approachable and very friendly, always present but not intrusive. I’ve been to Blackpool over 30 times and this was the cleanest room we’ve ever stayed in. The bedsheets, pillowcases, and towels were lovely and clean. For the price we paid, this was spot on. The location was perfect and quiet. Riviera Hotel has been lucky to have these two managers. If I owned a hotel, I’d want them working for me. Nothing much was wrong.
