The room and location were good. It wasn’t very soundproof; you could hear cars and especially neighbors arguing late into the night and even at 7 am.

The spot was spot on, but the bathroom and the glass wall that split the room made it feel a bit exposed.

The location was great, just a block from the waterfront, and it offered good value. The host was welcoming once we got in touch. Getting into the building and the room required a code and keycard, which was very difficult because we didn’t receive the details early and had trouble finding a host at night to let us in, and then we had further problems with the codes afterwards.

The location was fine, the room and WC were clean, and the parking partnership was good. The social space in the marquee was pleasant. Leaving at 11 am felt too early. In the marquee below the larger windows there was mold on the wall, which was covered by a curtain.
