The room was spacious, but I was left without water for over two hours during my kids’ bath time, which was frustrating.

The breakfast included several menu options and the cost was already included in the stay. On this occasion I was assigned a room right next to the pool; I arrived at night and wanted a quieter, more relaxed setting, so I asked for a room further from the pool. Aside from that, everything was fine 👍

The stay was good.

The staff were friendly, but there was no elevator—stairs were fine unless you’re heavily packed. They never provided enough towels, the lobby had a mildew smell, and I found a dead bug on my nightstand.

Getting to the hotel was easy, and everything else was fine.
