The hotel’s location was good, but that was all. I expected a room with a balcony because the description said so for all rooms, yet I received the exact opposite: a dark room with old furniture that had nothing to do with the photos. The bathroom was nostalgically dark, not the “bright” look shown in the picture. I was told I could sit in the garden by the pond, but the pond was just an unkempt green hole. The whole garden was uncomfortable and untidy, so it was hard to feel at ease. Luckily I only stayed one night. I was furious and disappointed after a tiring day. The hotel’s website was outdated; I fell for it and ended up paying more than if I’d booked directly. This is unacceptable and borders on false advertising. Note: the link states this was an incomplete stay, which is incorrect. I was in this hotel.
