The place was clean and the location right by the lake was lovely. On the day of departure we wanted to stay an extra 1‑2 hours by the pool, but the staff told us in a not‑very‑friendly way that we either had to pay an extra 35€ package or leave. I can’t understand why they charge that much, and I’ve never had this issue in any other hotel. Both the service and the way guests are treated could be better. The food didn’t taste very good either. The breakfast buffet was decent, but it can’t compete with other hotels in the same price range.

Super location on the edge of the lake… great for swimming. Nice spa, pool and gym. Food was excellent and service very good. Rooms very comfortable (although no air-con) with amazing views. Hotel offers bikes to explore the area with some lovely cycle paths that can be used to reach gondolas and access local mountains. There’s nothing in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, just a few other hotels. No problem if you have a car… or hire a bike. The incredible views over the lake and mountains more than compensate. Plus the hotel facilities are excellent

Everything was almost perfect, from the warm welcome and the underground parking to the room, the food (every single dish) and the location, the activities and the hotel’s offers. The staff were extremely helpful in every category. It was a mega vacation ❤️❤️❤️. Anyone looking for the famous “hair in the soup” will find none here.

A very nice adults‑only hotel with friendly and competent staff, excellent kitchen and service. The only downside was the weather – we had rain on 3 of the 4 days.
