All was perfect from the owner to the staff; the ground floor room was very beautiful but had a slight odor.

The owners, from the parents to the sons, daughters, and even in-laws, were all sweet, friendly, and attentive. The location isn’t close, but it’s not far either, and it’s easy to find. The room’s soundproofing is a bit weak; arriving for Tet, the area was full of kids, and their running, shouting in the lobby and hallway reached my room until 10 pm even though it was closed, which really disturbed my rest. I hope the staff can address this.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were quite comfortable and well-appointed, but unfortunately, the lack of soundproofing made it extremely noisy.

I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly staff who were always eager to help. The service was top-notch and made my stay truly enjoyable.

“Convenient for a short stay”

While I appreciated the friendly staff and spacious room and bathroom, my stay at this hotel was not without its issues. When we arrived, we were told that breakfast was not included, even though it had been advertised as free when we booked. This was a small cost, but it was still not what we were expecting. Additionally, the shower didn't get very warm at night, and the WiFi was unreliable. The area around the hotel was also quite quiet, with only a few shops nearby.
