Nothing, the hotel has been closed since April 2026. I’m waiting for a refund. The hotel being closed since April means I didn’t receive the service I paid for, and I’m waiting for a refund for the rental I paid.

The hotel was shut down when I arrived, and I’m not sure if that was a permanent or temporary closure. I never received a refund for the reservation I had already paid for, which feels like theft. I had to scramble and book another place right when I got to Avignon.

The hotel was closed, even though I had already paid for my stay.

The establishment was disappointing.

The welcome was friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was good, and it was close to the historic center, but finding a parking spot was a challenge.
