The room was clean and spacious, though the price was high because it was a game weekend; the location is perfect for a game, just a short walk to the football stadium. The basic hotel breakfast was good—bacon one day, sausage the next, plus eggs, waffles, cereal, yogurt, etc.—and the breakfast staff were friendly. The front desk was very nice and helpful. Parking was fine, typical for a city. Only one of the two elevators worked, so we ended up using the stairs several times. The spot is awesome, right in the middle of restaurants, diners, and a short walk to local college bars, so we’d definitely stay here again. The downside was that one elevator didn’t work and the parking garage exit gate had problems.

The room was spacious enough for a family of four, but I had to pay for parking.

The staff and management were rude, overcharged me for the stay, and everything was meager at best.

The room size was good with two king‑size beds, the staff were very respectful, and breakfast was simple yet tasty, but the bathroom lacked a proper shower screen and cleaning only every two days made a four‑night stay a bit uncomfortable – at least swapping towels would help – and there was no safe in the room either. ===REVIEW 6<|message|>The guests at the hotel were noisy late into the night, making me feel that the over $200 I paid was wasted; the next day the bill didn’t match the price I booked online, charging me an extra $30, which I had to sort out through email with the front‑desk manager, resulting in a revised invoice and a warning not to book through third‑party sites but to use the hotel’s own website, where they promised a 10 % price‑adjustment if discrepancies occur. It would be better if they coordinated pricing across all booking channels and, if they can’t filter guest behavior, they should improve soundproofing and install noise‑blocking doors and closets.
