Comfort and the beauty of the place. We liked the Jacuzzi and the integration with nature.

The rooms, and cleanliness. The breakfast was missing as requested, the pool area is very ugly, crowded, parking is limited, no security.

The accommodations and the complimentary cocada. We got a room with a Jacuzzi, but we noticed a camera near our room, which took away our privacy.

The room was pretty and private, and the breakfast served in the suite was nice. The shower was very weak and slow, making it hard to bathe, and the hygienic shower head was broken. The toilet had rusty stains. The housekeeping service was poorly executed: the toilet paper ran out and wasn’t replaced, the floor towel was completely dirty and never changed, the beds were made but the room wasn’t swept or mopped.
