I was pleased to find that the rooms at this hotel were neat and clean, and the food was decent. However, the location was a bit of a challenge, as it's situated at the top of a hill, far from the main road. Getting transportation was also a hassle, with the exception of Grab.

However, I did notice that the hotel's communal areas, such as the living rooms and common spaces, could use more attention to cleanliness and safety, especially when the hotel is fully booked.
