The breakfast was great, but it would have been even better if it started a bit earlier, say at 06h. I asked for the invoice earlier, had coffee, waited at the desk, but couldn’t get the invoice. We agreed it would be sent via WhatsApp afterward, but it never came. After lunch I asked again politely; the attendant apparently sent about ten question marks because I took a minute and a half to give my ZIP code, which felt unnecessary. Overall, the staff were extremely pleasant.

The location and facilities were excellent, and the morning coffee was wonderful. The only downside was the old windows.

The breakfast spread was solid and the front‑desk staff were friendly, which made checking in easy. The building, though, looks like it’s overdue for a facelift and the walls do nothing to keep the hallway noise out – you can hear everything happening outside your door.
