Hotel Maroa Vigo, situated between Plaza de Compostela and the Cíes Islands ferry terminal, offers free WiFi throughout. Modern, air-conditioned rooms with TV and free internet are available. A daily buffet breakfast is served on the seventh floor. The hotel is on the seafront, close to bars, cafes, and Vigo's historic center, Museum of Modern Art, and Charlie Rivel Park. Vigo-Peinador Airport is a 15-minute drive away.

The breakfast was very good, with fresh food and an acceptable variety for the price paid. The room is small, but very well laid out, which helps to make the size not a problem. The bathroom was simple, but large, really very spacious, which greatly enhances overall comfort. We liked the rooftop, with a beautiful view, fast service and fair prices for what we ordered to eat and drink. I think the room soundproofing was a bit lacking, but nothing that reduces the overall rating, which is very satisfactory with our stay at the hotel

The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast on the roof offered great views. However, the street noise made it impossible to sleep, and the decor could use a lot of improvement.

The location was good and the staff were kind. It was a pity that there was no paper towel dispenser in the bathroom, and the lack of toilet paper and crayons were noticeable details.
