The staff was truly incredibly friendly in all areas—helpful, nice, multilingual, and no matter how stressful things got they always remained pleasant and made us feel welcome. Thank you! The property itself is nice (the surroundings are a bit difficult). Although many things were really good, overall there were some shortcomings for a five‑star hotel. The rain, yes it was unusually heavy, found its way everywhere. Ceiling, wall, lamps, sockets… everything is now slowly mouldering throughout the hotel (elevators, suspended ceilings, lobby, rooms, corridors… everywhere). The architect made serious mistakes. Then the lights in the room went out, then sockets, etc., in the following days. Everything was fixed very kindly, but it’s not five stars. The building should be safe and there should be no risk of electric shock. Unfortunately, too many people still smoke. The smoking terrace in the bar area is separated by a glass door, which usually stays open (and was reopened by staff after we asked it to be closed). This lets the smoke drift through. Compared to other five‑star hotels—even in Greece—this makes the rating lower. Sorry to the staff. It wasn’t your fault! You were great!

“Très bon séjour”

We stayed half‑board: breakfast and buffet were excellent; variety and quality were loved. Staff were friendly, smiling, polite, and efficient. The hotel was quiet and the room huge. The beach and loungers were comfortable. It was easy to rent scooters, and the hotel was very clean. What we didn't like: the décor felt very cold and impersonal, with too much tile. The place lacked charm, warmth, and character. The room was large but the bathroom was old and needed renovation. The promised sea view was disappointing—mostly faced the hotel entrance, requiring a tilt to see the sea. The indoor pool was unattractive and emitted a bad odor. The outdoor pools were not heated, making them unusable at that time, despite a lovely pool complex. The layout of the pools around the buildings created a sense of exclusion for guests staying in the main building. The loungers around the pools seemed more suited to rooms directly adjacent to the basins, giving the impression that guests in the main building didn't really belong.
