Nothing, there was no breakfast… the bathroom under the sink – the towels were unclean, full of shaving hair, disgusting hair, etc. Disappointing, except for the fresh linens – the room was neglected, unclean!

Very dirty, it wasn’t cleaned even once in a week. There’s an unpleasant odor in the room. The price for such a room is very high.

I slept well in the bed, but the bathroom had no proper wardrobe, the windows were overcrowded, dirty, and the curtains couldn’t be pulled up because the view was blocked by the roof.

We arrived on the evening of 31 October after a 13‑hour drive and found the hotel completely shut; we had to pay for a person to come and open it, even though our reservation was confirmed on the website. The staff were rude, aggressive and even used vulgar language (“je m’en bats les couilles”), offering no professional welcome and insisting on cash only despite the site saying card payments were accepted. The apartment was dirty—bathroom filthy, spiders everywhere, TV not working—and we felt blamed for a mistake we didn’t make. A truly unpleasant experience; stay away.
