“Chilled in a good room. ;-)”

The place is well located, the room is large and clean, but the thermostat in room 323 didn’t work – we arrived around 11 pm on a cold night, the room was at 62 F, and even after setting it to 72 F multiple times the temperature stayed stubbornly at 62 F, dropping to 59 F and making for a terribly chilly night with almost no sleep. The nighttime front‑desk lady was polite but not friendly, and her rigid tone during check‑in might explain the cold night.

As a foreign tourist, I found two issues: the Wi‑Fi was practically nonexistent and only worked at night, and the outlets were inadequate because the European adapters we use don’t fit.

“Would not stay here again”

I thought the restaurant was just okay, but the room had a moth infestation, the bathroom door wouldn't close, the room door didn't double lock, an electric outlet was faulty, and the walkway outside the room was covered in dried mud.
