Staying in the cottage on the edge of the forest was a perfect reset, with silence, the rustle of trees, morning coffee on the terrace, and birdsong letting me completely detach from everyday noise. The cottage itself impressed with its cozy atmosphere, cleanliness, and attention to detail, and I left feeling recharged and certain I’ll return. The only thing missing was a iron and a dryer, but that didn’t ruin the stay.

I used this accommodation during the festival in Goniądz and it met my expectations in that regard. The property is located in a very quiet spot. The host rents several rooms in one house, and despite a clear and large note with instructions to lock up so other guests can enter, I slept in my car the first night because I returned late at night and couldn’t get into the property. I would suggest the owner change the door and the entry method to something less prone to mistakes.

The place is nice, a bit off the beaten path with no directly adjacent properties. The rooms are minimalist but the common areas—both inside and outside—are great, so renting such a cottage with a larger group could be ideal. The kitchen is fully equipped (stove, fridge, kettle). The Wi‑Fi is strong and useful, especially since I had no phone reception in the cottage. Check‑in was smooth and self‑service. The outdoor area around the cottage is lush, with trees and covered seating areas, unlike a pointless bare lawn. The only downside is that, besides the bedding, a towel would have been useful. It’s good that I have a tiny spare in my luggage, though I rarely need it. The glass doors to the rooms offer little privacy if other guests occupy nearby rooms; a curtain or poster could block the view. The doors are noisy and squeaky, and the night exit to the shared bathroom wakes everyone up.

The location was great, a quiet area. However, the room I booked was already occupied by other guests before I arrived, even though there were three separate key sets for the rooms. The bathroom was shared!
