The room was good and met all my needs.
The hotel was good, providing a satisfactory experience.
The rooms were solid.
The rooms and toilet were full of dirt, showing a lack of proper maintenance, and the front‑office staff were impolite and behaved rudely.
The spot is right in the middle of Coimbatore, close to good restaurants and the shopping district. When I booked, it was listed as a 3‑star hotel and Fab said you have to pay part of the price upfront, but the place turned out to be just a lodging spot. The rooms were cramped and dirty, and there was no reception area where you could sit and talk to staff or other guests.
