Less than 1 km from the centre. A tiny bright room on the ground floor, facing north, so it’s very pleasant without air‑conditioning, with space to open two cabin suitcases. Everything is really clean, the linen smells good, there’s a wardrobe, a small table and two power sockets on the wall. A small kitchen is well‑maintained in the half‑basement with tables, a stove, a coffee machine and coffee, hot water…welcome. The parking can accommodate a few cars. The curtains aren’t dark enough and there are 5 lights in the courtyard. The room is close to a social housing estate where people outside are loud because they talk very loudly in front of the convenience store a few metres away, which apparently opens early and closes late.
