Everything was exceptional, the staff were very friendly, the apartment was well furnished and equipped, and the peace and good mood were perfect. The location is very well situated with quick access to beaches, shopping centers and restaurants.

A modern apartment with large rooms, free covered parking, plenty of bike space, a great pool with many loungers, and a cozy terrace. The amenities included bedding, towels, soap, all kitchen utensils, even a dishwasher. The staff were very friendly and kept in constant contact via WhatsApp. We’ll definitely come back. The downside was the many mosquitoes, no fly screens, so you really need to bring anti‑mosquito spray.

“Heerlijk groot appartement met zwembad op goede uitvalslocatie met tophost!”

The host was fantastic, truly service‑oriented. We had a few issues with the apartment, but they were quickly and adequately resolved by other staff. The apartment was large, had air‑conditioning, two bathrooms, and a big balcony. The pool was lovely, and finally we could lay out a towel—yay! Comfortable sunbeds, good umbrellas, always tidy. Great base for day trips to Caorle, Treviso, Jesolo (Venice, Eraclea, etc.) and just near the beach. It was also good for our dog, who could walk on the field and between the fruit trees behind the apartment, even swim in clean water. A washing machine was available at reception and a good coffee machine in the apartment. The only downside was that the entire interior was Ikea, which felt impersonal and missed the chance for a more immersive hospitality experience. The two single beds creaked loudly; they should be replaced, though the mattresses were fine. Regarding dogs, the owner’s policy is that dogs can only lie on a designated part of the beach near the Piave river mouth and look at the sea but not enter it; this is a bit confusing, but we still enjoyed swimming with our dog in the sea.

The place is tucked in greenery and calm, just a short drive from campsites, restaurants, and bars nearby. The only downside is that you need a car to reach those nearby spots.

The parking, pool, and apartment were brand‑new. The beds in the apartment were very comfortable, the car roof was pleasant, and the staff were friendly and almost invisible during our stay, which made the overall experience very pleasant over three nights and four days 👍. We didn’t like the walking distance to everything a bit, but we were aware of it beforehand.
