The room offers a nice view, and on the first floor there's a water dispenser and a coffee machine available. The front desk staff are friendly and provide good service. However, the first floor suffers from strong cigarette smoke due to the adjacent gaming area. The toilet seat in the room randomly flushes itself at night, which can be startling. There are many small ants in the room, and the shower head is short and the water flow is weak. Soundproofing isn’t great, and the TV quickly goes to no signal.
