Asyana Gardens

The gardens and the hotel itself were beautiful, and the other rooms looked amazing. I booked a budget room that was very small and had no space for our luggage, which was my mistake.

“Improve the bathroom,showers not interesting at all.water is too hot,and pressure too little.”

Breakfast was okay, the location is great, but church noise makes it hard to rest. The food is great, especially mbuzi choma, chemsha, etc.

Mary and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful with early check‑in and meal options. The place is beautiful, with a nice pool and immaculate gardens. Our room was comfortable and spacious. Communication among staff needs improvement. We checked out the night before leaving and were told to hand the key to the security guard at the entrance. The next morning, when we tried to leave early, the guard held us because no one had informed him that we had already checked out.

Clean Green facility, Good Breakfast not a typical resort or a hotel, Helpful Staff. Not a typical resort, slow service, gets loud in the mornings due to school within the same complex. When we checked in, they gave us extremely small rooms compared to what I had booked, we were planning on not staying but eventually the manager gave us the rooms we had booked.which was frustrating after a long flight and having unpacked
