I had a great time at this place, which sits in a tiny old village just outside Arco. It has everything you need for a short stay, is very quiet, well furnished, and the host’s kindness really stood out. It’s highly recommended, especially if you’re traveling with kids. I would have liked extra blankets in the wardrobe for the evenings (the air gets quite cool and the sheets’ blankets were too light) and a few basic kitchen knives to cut fruit. Being in the heart of a medieval historic center, the house feels a bit dark even during the day despite the many windows. The church bell next door rings very early in the morning, though only for a few minutes.

“Een prachtige B&B op een idyllische plek.”

This B&B is beautifully located on a small square in the old centre of the village—truly idyllic. There’s no air‑conditioning, but fans are in the bedroom. The bathroom is modern, and the fridge has all the essentials for guests. A short 3‑minute walk takes you to a great bar for an Italian breakfast, though the kitchen of the B&B also supplies everything you need. Beneath the B&B is an open garage that was available to us. That’s very convenient, but getting in and out is a challenge. Our small car fit perfectly, but with a typical modern car it depends on the driver’s skill, and I would not try it with an SUV. In any case, we had a great time in Bolognano! The only downside I can mention is that all communication was through the app and email, which feels different from face‑to‑face contact with the host. She solved everything for us and answered every question within minutes, and I praise that, but it does feel less personal when you meet and speak live. The digital world has its advantages, yet this lack of direct contact was a minor drawback for us.

A very charming flat, extremely clean and peaceful. The hosts were very friendly and the communication was courteous.

“c'è a chi piace”

I was staying in a room on the side of the entrance staircase, so to reach the bathroom I had to walk through the common entrance where everyone passes, which felt like a hostel with the bathroom outside the room and left no privacy.

“Sono stata un paio di notti con due amiche e la struttura è perfetta per chi cerca tranquillità fuori dai centri piu aff”

The place was clean, welcoming and a good alternative, but the only drawback is that it’s close to the bell tower and the morning bells wake you up with a very loud noise.
