The hostel’s location is fantastic for exploring the city, and the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. My room was roomy and comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the coffee was tasty—overall I really liked those parts of the stay. Unfortunately, my earphones and makeup bag, which had several personal items, went missing. I know I could have been more careful, but I reported it right away after I realized they might have been left there. Even with the prompt report, neither item was recovered, which was very disappointing, especially given the value of my belongings and how quickly I acted.
