“L’un des pires hôtels que nous avons fait en Inde.”
Nothing good. Everything was mediocre. The hotel is on a filthy street littered with trash. Inside, the room looks okay at first glance but the details are awful: the windows are so dirty that you can barely see outside. The bathroom is tiny, with a shower that has almost no walls and is almost touching the toilet. The sink was broken, the false ceiling was old and sagging, and several tiles were cracked. Insects swarm in the room day and night. The staff spoke very broken English and were unhelpful. The room was booked for two but only one towel was provided; when we asked for another, they brought a soaked towel. When I asked to change it, they said it was still in the wash and that was normal! They finally brought a new one, half wet – we accepted it. The price is exorbitant compared to what’s offered, so skip this filthy place.

The hotel was clean, which was a plus, but the approach road was a bit of a mess and the lift was tiny. And to make matters worse, I still had to climb the stairs at times.

This hotel's got a fantastic location, close to the Andheri Railway Station and International Airport, but the area's a bit run down and the building's old. The staff was friendly, breakfast was good, and the bathroom was okay. They provided clean towels and bedding, but only when I asked. It was a good value for the price, but the place could use a bit of a spruce-up.
