Very bad hotel and the reception guy was the worst treatment and behavior not recommended

The price was fantastic, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Because we arrived at night, we were handed a room that had apparently not been cleaned; it was probably in terrible condition and full of flies, so we spent the whole night there. The next day I asked for a change, and without hesitation they accepted and handled it. The building itself is beautifully designed with great facilities, but the accommodation options are poorly maintained—this is common with such impressive buildings. The cleaning was insufficient; they only straightened the bed linens and left the carpet unvacuumed, the toilet unwashed, and even the kettle was left with residue, so I couldn't make coffee.
