The apartments are very comfortable, the renovation and room design plus the landscape design of the grounds are top‑level, but there are specific living conditions that should be clarified before booking; the guest house is on the outskirts of town, not worth considering without a car, daily taxis to and from the city cost 600‑700 UAH, there is no local public transport in Vynohradiv, and the nearest shop is 3 km on foot along the highway.

Very atmospheric and quiet spot, having a pool on a hot summer day greatly improves the stay, but there is no air‑conditioning.

Great place for rest of body and soul! On the outskirts of Vynohradiv, quiet and calm, truly ranch‑style, spacious rooms with comfortable beds for quality sleep, nice grounds and horses, horses, horses… the hospitable and chatty owner shares many stories about horses, the region, life—an extra mental break with two gentle horses, Jazzi and Ice. Highly recommended!
