The room was clean and the staff were polite, but the food was located in a neighboring hotel and parking cost 15€ per day.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation conditions at Pearl Hotel. The cleanliness was exemplary—maids came daily and cleaned. There is a water and coffee/tea dispenser that runs nonstop. All‑inclusive services are offered in partnership with Hotel Imperial at their location, which is about 250 m away. Although it seemed odd at first, we later considered this a plus. The food at Imperial was decent; we always had something to eat, but compared to other 4‑star hotels in Bulgaria we had visited, it wasn’t wow. The presentation, variety, etc. were a little disappointing for me as a tourist with “all‑inclusive” experience, but my friends who were first‑time all‑inclusive guests were delighted. The food was tasty and each time we left the table feeling satisfied, enjoying the walk to our hotel. At the bar on the beach we had drinks, both alcoholic and non‑alcoholic, at our discretion. There is a section of the restaurant that serves fast food, sweets, fruit, and ice cream between meals. A major advantage is that the hotel is actually on the beach, the pool is clean and very beautiful. The Pearl hotel also has a pool, terrace, and a nice courtyard where you can stay, but most people stay at Imperial. We were pleased with the stay and felt very comfortable. The presentation, variety of food, etc. were a little disappointing for me, but my friends who were first‑time all‑inclusive guests were delighted. It felt like a cafeteria, not a restaurant—though a good cafeteria.
