The shower in the bathroom and the shower hose needed proper fixing.

الفندق يعتبر جيد مقارنة بالسعر وهو قريب إلي حد كبير من الحرم ويمكن لكبار السن او المرضى استخدام تاكسي وعند استخدام العداد فستدفع ٢٥ ريال في المشوار الواحد ولو أضفت هذه التكلفة لتكلفة الفندق فمازال هو جيد كمان دخولك للحرم هيكون من ناحية برج الساعة وهذا مميز لأنه الاقرب لبداية الطواف والأقرب للمطاعم حول الحرم تجربة جيدة. توجد خدمات في الفندق لا تقدم إلا إذا طلبتها مثل الفوط وتغيير الملايات والصابون والمناديل والمياه يجب ان تقابل العامل المسئول عن الدور وتطلبها منه يمكن لو كنت طلبتها من الريسبشن كانت تمت ولكني لم اطلبها

It’s close to the Haram, but the price is high.

It’s like 5-7 mins walk to the mosque with a direct speaker from masjid haram by the hotel. It’s old. Tiny room, roof leaking in bathroom, queue for lifts. Funny damp bathroom smell
