SCAM!!! The property is advertised, but when we arrived the staff downstairs told us we couldn’t stay because the property was “under renovation.” After asking for a free cancellation, the property stopped communicating and customer service couldn’t help. It’s been three weeks and I still haven’t heard about a solution or a full refund. Don’t book this place—it's a scam! I demand a full refund.

It was cheap and reasonably close to the airport by Uber. The air conditioning was set to 16 °C at max speed and never stayed cool, so I was always sweating. I had to sleep on the floor under the air to get a few hours of rest. In the morning they woke me up in a bad way that made it impossible to sleep there (I’ll probably sleep in the sauna instead). They had a camera recording in the room, which is illegal. The hostel manager didn’t speak English or try to understand me, ignoring everything I asked. Very unprofessional and not representative of a true Indonesian.

When I got to the evening, the gates around the residential complex were shut, and I couldn't reach the staff by phone or email. Because I couldn't get into the hotel, I had to book somewhere else and I’m demanding a refund.
