We enjoyed a very pleasant and comfortable stay; the staff were extremely helpful and courteous, always ready to assist even at night. The rooms and the whole property were neat and clean, and the food was good, though the menu was limited, which was convenient. Overall, it was a nice stay with excellent hospitality, and I would definitely recommend it for a comfortable visit. Nothing else to add.

“Jammer”

The location was good, but the photos did not match what you book; the room was much smaller and the view was not great, and you almost have to upgrade, which almost doubles the price.

The staff were lovely and very helpful with arranging tuk‑tuks, etc.; breakfast was good, the sheets and bathroom were clean. There was an issue with some other guests late at night (not the hotel's fault) and the staff handled it professionally and quickly. We stayed in the cheaper rooms; the first room was damp and had mould along the corner of the walls. We moved to another room at the same price point, which was a bit better, still some mould but not as damp. We were quite disappointed by the state of the room for that price; the tree‑house style rooms looked nicer but are much more expensive.
