New and clean accommodation. The owners were very polite and friendly. I didn’t realize the Sri Lankan tax and VAT were included in the total price because it wasn’t shown on the website. The owners accepted my reduced payment because I couldn’t see it in my confirmation. Then I realized the next day that I had to add the extra amount after checking the price details closely. I messaged the owners to pay the money, but they were generous and didn’t take the amount. Thank you Lucky and Nicky for your generosity! 💚

Krásná a klidná lokalita mimo centrum Habarana, ale v dochozí vzdálenosti. Ubytování je několik měsíců staré, majitelka si zakládá na perfektním úklidu apartmánu. Na požádání nám majitelka připravila večeře za příplatek. Snídaně byli v ceně a rovněž TOP

The family ran this spot and set up a comfy, spotless room that was brand new, with a very cozy bed. Food was a highlight—Nicky cooked for us herself. My sister and I stayed for four days, ordering every dinner here. She helped brainstorm ideas, offered great prices, and assisted with arranging our trip. From the site you can easily explore Dambulla, Polonnaruwa, Sigiriya, Pidurangala, and go on safari. We also tried the recommended Ayurvedic massages. In the mornings, monkeys kept us company, lifting our spirits. We felt like special guests in this unique place. Thank you. Everything was liked.

We were looking for a place in the island’s center to view Sigiriya and join a jeep safari. The property, with a house in a forested village near town, had a lovely garden where butterflies fluttered and monkeys roamed the big trees, even walking on the roof at night. The hosts were extremely welcoming, making us feel like family. They served amazing breakfasts and national‑cuisine dinners (breakfasts were included, dinners paid separately). The room was fully equipped with a fridge, mugs, kettle, tea, coffee, water, and even cookies—everything new and comfortable. Among all the places we stayed, this was by far the best; it’s a rarity to get such quality for the price. We learned the host’s brother runs a jeep safari, so we joined him. The price was more pleasant than any other options we’d found. I’m very grateful, thank you 🙏🏼 I recommend it. The only downside was that it’s hard to reach with a low‑profile car; the bottom gets scratched, but it’s jungle, so that’s expected.
