The location was perfect for the venue we attended in Kansas City, and we always stay here when we visit. Rooms are always clean, the staff are wonderful, and the General Manager is very professional and focused on excellent customer service. The pillows were uncomfortable; the feather pillows lacked fullness and were too flat.
