“Fantastic stay thanks to Luz”
Mrs. Luz was incredibly friendly and always ready to help, especially with the kids—she was a real sweetheart. The room was huge and comfy, equipped with both air‑conditioning and a fan, and the bathroom was clean and spacious. We loved the natural view and the fact that it’s just a short walk to D1 and the main plaza. Everything was spot on.

Maria and Carolina took great care of us in the mornings, bringing out coffee and making us feel at home. Their warm attention set a nice tone for the day. No complaints at all.

The hostel staff were genuinely warm, helpful, and always had a smile, which made the stay pleasant. Its location right near the promenade was super convenient for walks and exploring. No downsides to mention.

The staff, especially Mrs. Luz, were really attentive and made us feel welcome. Unfortunately the air‑conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, which was a bit annoying. Overall, the service made up for the AC hiccup.

The double bed we got was tiny, so we asked for a room with two single beds instead. They obliged but slapped on an extra charge, which felt unfair—when you book a double you shouldn’t have to pay extra to get two singles. I’ve never encountered that before.
