“Hotel como um todo atendeu todas minhas expectativas”
The hotel overall met all my expectations. Nothing, everything was very good.
The reception service was good, the room was as expected. The double bed didn’t please me much, but for just one night to rest it’s fine.
Service and cleanliness were good. The restaurant lacked menu options, and the nightly rate is higher than hotels in other cities.

I had a problem with the air that didn’t heat up; the issue was with the device’s control. They tried to fix it but couldn’t, so they moved me to another room. The staff were very attentive and polite.
