Free parking and proximity to the train station add convenience.

The location offers an amazing lake view, the food is delicious, and the staff are always friendly and very helpful with any question. Nothing else to complain about – everything is perfect ☺️

The area in Masuria is very nice, with a great spot right by a lake. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is excellent. A highlight of the property is definitely the attached restaurant – top food at a good value. There is a large free parking lot right next to the building. However, during a three‑day stay there was no cleaning and no towel change.

Location, atmosphere, food and staff. It should be noted that from the room you can see the lake view. Simply a dream. Nothing else.

The hotel is inside the city limits on a beautiful lake. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast and the available restaurant in the evening are highly recommended. The very clean room is a bit old‑fashioned. The general area of the hotel is modernly designed. One felt very comfortable in this hotel. A free parking space was available. On the downside, the room and parts of the outdoor area could use modernization.
