The staff were lovely and the place was great for exploring Mount Lavinia and hitting the beach. Breakfast was generous, the hotel felt quiet and clean, and drinking water was available 24/7. However, the location felt less safe compared to other spots in Colombo, and there was a lot of early‑morning noise from the neighborhood.

I didn’t like anything at all. The smell was terrible and the receptionist was drunk when we arrived – one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.

The property was well maintained, clean, and the staff were very helpful. The pool was small but sufficient for the two of us and very relaxing. The only minor issue was that you had to cross the railway lines to reach the beach, but since the pool area was lovely, it wasn’t a big deal.
