The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is small but functional, and cleaning and hygiene are top‑class, especially since I was having surgery at the CHU de Rouen right across the street.

Everything fit perfectly.

The hotel was clean and quiet, with a decent breakfast and good bedding. The bathroom was too small and lacked equipment like a hair dryer; for the last two nights the hot water stopped working, so we only had cold showers—quite frustrating.

The parking reservation was charged extra.
