“Family stay”
The pool, balcony, helpful staff and mountain view were great, but possums in the ceiling at night kept us awake and there was no hot water; the location was a bit hard to find.
The staff are very friendly and attentive, the food is exceptional, the pool is cool and enjoyable, but you should bring mosquito repellent.
Nice room on the upper floor, great terrace overlooking Kandy, dinner and breakfast were really good; nothing bad, just know that you’ll need good wheels to get up there – the road is steep and very narrow.
The view is beautiful and the staff are friendly, yet the hotel is old, with many broken or non‑working items.
Very friendly reception and a magnificent view!!!
