The staff were friendly and attentive, giving us useful information about day trips and evening dining options. The location is great, close to the city centre—about 10 minutes from the train station and bus stop. The only downside is that the hotel’s name, “Hotel Dolomiten,” isn’t visible from a distance; it’s only on the side near the entrance. A sign at the parking lot or a more visible street sign would be appreciated. No other complaints.

The hotel was very nice and cosy, and the owners were polite and helpful. If you’re having breakfast, you’ll find a wide variety of options to satisfy your cravings.

The hotel’s location in the centre is excellent, and the breakfast buffet is extensive. There’s a steam bath, sauna, and a whirlpool for an extra fee. The family‑run business communicates well and is helpful. The only issue was that I was initially offered a room without a balcony, even though it was advertised as having one; after complaining I finally received a balcony room. The cleaning didn’t match the price or category—there was a hair on the bathroom wall in the photo taken on day 8, which wasn’t mine, and the carpet wasn’t properly cleaned. There was no minibar or beverage dispenser.

“Semplicemente perfetto”

The location and view are wonderful, the restaurant food is excellent, and the staff’s hospitality is truly superb.
