I had a terrible experience with the staff; they seemed totally unmotivated and unhelpful.

I appreciated the straightforward check‑in, the parking garage, and the quiet room with blackout curtains; even with the window open for fresh air it stayed super quiet and we all slept soundly. The third bed in the room was a different quality than the standard double bed, and if you reserve a room for three people, why aren’t the number of glasses and mugs adjusted accordingly?
