The hotel’s location is good. The sheets on the bed were damp after the room‑service crew made the bed.

The staff were friendly, the breakfast buffet was plentiful, the dinner menu was relatively small but the food was good at reasonable prices. The rooms and bathrooms could have been a bit larger.

Martin's sits close to the town centre and is easily reachable on foot from the railway station. It’s a well‑equipped hotel, though I only used the breakfast (excellent) and the bar (good). On Thursday evening there was live piano in the bar, creating a wonderful relaxed vibe. The garden offers nice seating. The room was fine and had everything expected. Wifi was excellent.
