However, the staff was not very welcoming, and the owner seemed more interested in his phone than in attending to guests. The hotel has a sign outside that says "hostel," which is quite fitting. I wouldn't have booked this place if I had known about the 20+ cats that roam the hotel, causing a strong odor and making the elevator smell like urine.
