The location was convenient, right in the center, and the room was tidy.

Our room reeked of cigarettes, with ash marks everywhere, and the worst part was the construction site right across the street – a night‑time site that was deafeningly loud, no exaggeration. Sleeping was impossible, and even with the windows shut the mopeds outside were ear‑splitting. It’s by far the worst place we stayed at during our four‑week Vietnam trip, and I strongly advise against staying there.

I've stayed here twice and I'll definitely come back whenever I'm in SG. For the price, it's a pretty good deal, but the lack of hot water is a major issue - I only got 6 bottles over three days. The owner is super friendly and helpful, though. The room is spacious and the house is airy and well-maintained. Overall, it's worth a try.

Don't even think about booking this place. It's a complete scam and doesn't even exist. I tried to contact them multiple times but got no response. Save your money and stay away.
